She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and an M.A. in Human Resource Management, with over 13 years of university teaching and 12+ years of professional training experience. I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Fujairah. Her research interests include human resources, AI in management, organizational behaviour, strategic change, and supply chain resilience. I published widely in Scopus-indexed journals and presented at international conferences. I have received multiple awards, including the Peace, Tolerance, and Sustainable Development Ambassador Award. I’m an active member in academic, cultural, and volunteer communities.
