Joshua Olabiyi Olaniyi is a lecturer at the University of the Western Cape in the department of
Industrial Psychology South Africa where he lectures the following courses: Organizational Behaviour, Labor Relations, Training Management, Introduction to Work Psychology and Research Methodology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research interests
include human resource diversity, work psychology, training management, organizational behaviour & development, trade unionism, employment policy & framework, labor relations and
mechanisms for resolving employment conflicts in multinational companies.
He is a registered Chartered Human Resource Professional (SABPP) South Africa Board for People Practices and a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
(CIPM), a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), a fellow at The Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research Japan (Sylff Leadership Initiatives). He has
published widely in peer-reviewed scientific journals both locally and internationally.
