Russian Fiction in the First Decade of the XXI Century: Confession of the Professional

ABSTRACT: 

Modern Russian literature is characterized, inter alia, by an increase ofinterest toanindividual, not because of itsoutstanding featuresand talents, but, on the contrary, due tothe fullness of its commonlife. Large number of representatives of various professionscame into literature. In this article, an attempt is made to characterize the key works of A. Malatov, T. Solomatina, A. Astvatsaturov and A. Dezhurov in order to identify the typological features of “professionals” prose.
